Start Times: 5K Run: 10:00 am 1-Mile Run, Walk, Roll: 11:00 am
CrimsonRise will hold its annual “Waterfront Run / Walk / Roll for Autism” on Sunday, November 17th, 2024. The event will include a 5-Kilometer run and a 1-mile run, walk, or roll through Wolfe’s Pond along the waterfront.
The top three male and top three female runners in the 5-Kilometer race will receive prize money of $250, $175 and $100. Medals will be awarded to all children participating in the run.
The fee is $45 for adults and $30 for students, which includes a commemorative bib and complimentary T-shirt. There is no charge for spectators, who of course are always welcome and greatly appreciated.
This event is more than a race; it celebrates the work we do every day to help nonspeakers communicate, and it is an opportunity for the community to come together in solidarity in support of those with autism.

Nicholas D’Amora
Nicholas D’Amora was a cofounder of CrimsonRise. He fought to raise awareness and breakdown barriers for other nonspeakers. We honor his life and legacy.
Mark Vogt
Mark Vogt was a partner at Complete Race Solutions. He was an avid runner and a giant in the Staten Island’s running community. He mentored and helped CrimsonRise launch their inaugural 5K Run/ 1-Mile Walk/Run in 2023.
